Over Christmas I had a nasty gastro-intestinal virus that caused me to lose 7 pounds in five days. So I am currently at my ideal weight and will therefore not be recording my food in this on-line journal. I have sent copies of the Fiddle Diet out to the recipe testers and once we finish with the talks with publishers I will make the diet available to all.

Notes about My Fiddle Food Journal

This is my actual food journal of exactly what I am eating. It obviously follows the principles of the Fiddle Diet but because it is realistic and actual there may be a day that I'm short on Fiddle Veggies or am working or traveling and don't have easy access to fruit and just have to make due with what is around me. The Fiddle Diet is meant to be flexible and work holidays and food celebrations. The goal should be to have a minimum of four servings of fruit and four servings of vegetables every day! If you miss your veggies all day than try to eat extra at dinner!

This is not the Palate Purification part of the Fiddle Diet. This is Stage 3 of the Fiddle Diet: Boost and Balance.
